An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join an ASX listed business in their Sydney office. Reporting into the General Counsel your role will form part of the legal, audit, risk and corporate team working with the business covering Australia and New Zealand across sectors including Infrastructure Services, Defence & Social Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Transport.



Description 

• Supporting commercial, operational and bid teams on competitive tenders for essential infrastructure projects.
• Advising on contractual and regulatory risk.
• Drafting and negotiating subcontracts and developing contract administration resources
• Contributing to strategies for prosecuting and defending customer, subcontractor, and third-party claims.

Profile

• Ideally 4 to 8 years PQE as a solicitor in a mid to top tier corporate legal practice and/or in-house
• Proven commercial and contract expertise
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• An interest in legal technology to deliver superior outcomes
