Our Client

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Management Accountant to ensure robust financial governance, provide valuable insights to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement across accounting processes.

The Role

As a Management Accountant, you will:

• Lead the month-end process and ensure the timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Deliver financial and KPI reporting to the senior leadership team and board.
• Conduct detailed analysis of cost and revenue to identify opportunities or challenges.
• Oversee cashflow forecasting, fixed asset management, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and manage reporting for BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, and GST.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Drive process optimization, enhance efficiency, and support stocktake processes.

We Are Searching For

• A qualified professional with over 5 years of experience in fast-paced businesses.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous).
• A team-oriented individual with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
