Description
As a Project Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the financial strategy and success of innovative infrastructure projects. You will:
- Support the Project Finance Director and CFO in developing and closing complex infrastructure deals.
- Independently manage transactions and workstreams.
- Arrange debt and equity financing, lead financial structuring, and secure competitive finance solutions.
- Engage in risk allocation negotiations and oversee financial documentation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement business models and ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and manage assets, including refinancing and strategic initiatives.
You will bring:
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (postgraduate qualifications preferred).
- Over 7 years of experience in project finance, PPPs, or energy transactions.
- Strong financial modeling, structuring, and transaction execution expertise.
- Previous exposure to infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
