Description
- Increase brand visibility and recognition through targeted campaigns, focusing on Product, Place, Price and Promotion.
- Ensure marketing content promotes products as an integrated system, emphasising their simplicity and compatibility.
- Using the "flywheel" marketing methodology keep the customer at the heart of everything you do
- Work closely with sales, product, and operational teams to align marketing activities with flywheel stages, especially focusing on optimising touch points.
- Liaise with SEO agency on content and optimisation for future product launches.
- Continuous improvement in brand recognition through various digital and physical touch points, leveraging social ambassadorship and thought leadership
- Driving post-purchase engagement to ensure positive feedback loops through NPS, online reviews, and repeat customers.
- Explore all avenues of technology from AI to systems and report on ROI and KPI tracking.
