Client Overview: FutureYou has partnered with a nationally recognized brand to recruit a Payroll Specialist for their newly created position. This opportunity has arisen due to recent projects and acquisitions, creating a need for a dedicated expert to manage their Kronos system.
You will be reporting to the Payroll Manager and joining a team of 5 Payroll Officers. While collaborating closely with the team, you will take full ownership of managing the Kronos system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage Kronos reports as requested by Finance, Payroll, and HR teams.
• Provide on-site training to ensure accurate use of the Kronos system.
• Input enterprise agreements and award pay rates into the system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Kronos-related queries.
• Act as a backup for payroll processing.
• Support with ad-hoc projects as needed.

This role is perfect for someone with 2-4 years of end-to-end payroll experience, particularly with Kronos as a time & attendance system, who is eager to expand their expertise into systems management. This is a fantastic stepping stone toward a Systems Administrator role or a career in system implementations.

Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience using Kronos.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing (preferred).
• Passion for system management and keen to become a subject matter expert.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 + super (depending on experience).
