- Ensure smooth delivery of care aligned with client preferences and NDIS standards.
- Collaborate with clients, support workers, and case managers to ensure high-quality care.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Work collaboratively with case managers and support coordinators for holistic care.
- Optimise resource allocation and manage budgets effectively.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Rostering Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and efficient management of staff schedules.
