  • Ensure smooth delivery of care aligned with client preferences and NDIS standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, support workers, and case managers to ensure high-quality care.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with case managers and support coordinators for holistic care.
  • Optimise resource allocation and manage budgets effectively.

Profile
  • Proven experience as a Rostering Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and efficient management of staff schedules.
