About this role
The Senior Manager in Business Advisory will work closely with the Partner whilst also overseeing a team of 3-5, coordinating workflow, and offering clients assistance and direction in addressing diverse business challenges.
 
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager is responsible for their team's performance and final approval of their team's deliverables. They will serve as the main point of contact for clients, engaging comprehensively across all facets of each client’s business.

It’s the Senior Manager’s responsibility to ensure their team adheres to the firm’s quality and compliance standards, while actively contributing to the firm’s growth, culture, and maintaining high levels of service and client care. They’ll also be responsible for client fees of over $800,000.
 
Skills and Qualifications
  • Completion of CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or similar field).
  • 10+ years’ broad Australian business services experience in the industry.
  • 3 years’ experience at a manager level.
  • Experience in a top 100 accounting firm.
  • Achieving all competencies of manager level.
