They are seeking a high-calibre Senior Treasury Funding & Securitisation Analyst to join the Treasury Funding & Deal Execution team in this high profile role.

Description
This is a great opportunity for a Deal Execution Analyst with 4+ years of Treasury Funding, Structuring and Securitisation experience to gain further depth and breadth of experiences in this end to end role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist in the execution of the funding road map
  • Responsible for structuring and managing funding transactions
  • Responsible for negotiating with institutional investors, and interacting with key capital market players
  • Provide critical analysis and recommendations to drive key funding decisions
  • Negotiate and build relationships with banks and investors to drive optimal outcomes for the business
  • Understand and develop funding models through legal documentation interpretation
  • Manage the establishment and renewal of warehouse securitisation facilities
  • Manage funder onboarding processes
  • Assist in the management of funder change requests
Profile
To be successful, you must have:
  • 4+ years experience within the Non-Bank sector, ADI Institutional Banking, or Treasury
  • 4+ years proven experience in structuring and managing RMBS issuances.within Funding, Deal Execution & Securitisation 
  • 4+ years of experience working with securitisation structures and ability to negotiate legal documentation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with institutional investors, banks, rating agencies, and trustees
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, with relevant computer programming skills favourable
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive key outcomes and contribute to business growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline
