Description

We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to oversee our clients diverse range of services across NDIS, Aged Care, and SIL programs. This role involves strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that our services remain at the forefront of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team and driving continuous improvement, ensuring that participant outcomes, financial sustainability, and high-quality care standards are met.


Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Extensive experience in the NDIS and Aged Care sectors, with a proven track record of operational leadership and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Experience in managing teams, budgets, and compliance frameworks within service delivery environments.
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, person-centred care, and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations for all service lines—NDIS in-home supports, SIL, Day Centre, and Aged Care (HCP)—ensuring compliance with industry standards.
    • Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to standardise service quality and drive continuous improvement.
    • Lead NDIS services, including in-home support, SIL, and Day Centre programs, focusing on person-centred care and quality assurance.
    • Manage Aged Care (HCP) services, ensuring alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards and client satisfaction.
    • Recruit, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team, supporting growth and best practices.
    • Champion person-centred care and oversee participant feedback, complaints, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and service excellence.
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and prepare for audits and accreditation processes.
    • Build relationships with stakeholders to improve service delivery and promote long-term growth.
