Description
As a NAM you will support the General Manager and will be responsible for flawless execution of the cross functionally agreed commercial plan to ensure sales budgets are achieved.
Key responsibilities include;
  • Executing the commercial plan
  • Actively engage with your team members & broader team to collaborate, share information around the market/customer activity
  • Customer relationship Management – developing a deep understanding of the customer and collaborating to achieve desired outcomes for both parties
  • Management of promotional program and trade spend
  • Monthly sales reporting
  • Reviewing data and creating a compelling story for retailers
  • Leading and developing a Joint business Plans across each customer.
Profile
  • Previous commercial experience of performing a sales role within the FMCG industry
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to solve problems
  • Collaborative approach
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
